My family and I dined here after attending a musical show downtown. It’s so sleek with beautiful artwork on the walls. Our server was welcoming and friendly and explained the difference options for dinner that night. The food was amazing delicious! Nice place for anyone celebrating a special night.

It is a beautiful hotel/ restaurant/ bar. The decoration its great. It just make me feel at ease and like home. I had couple of beers at the bar and enjoy my time in there. The bartender was very attentive and recommend some mix drinks. The music also was on point, I felt relax and in a good mood during my time at the bar. The prices are a little bit high but its worth it. Totally recommend this place.

Everything oozes class here. This is what dining should be like everywhere. Hospitality at its finest— the waiter and the GM Floor Manager were a breath of fresh air and exonerated sophistication! We had a great time and the food was amazing. We’ll be back for sure! So glad dining options like this exist in El Paso

Very surprised and impressed. The restaurant gives you lounge feel with the setup and music they play. What impressed me the most was the excellent service, better than the more expensive restaurants in the Borderland. What also impressed me was the food. From the clam chowder to the steak. Everything cooked to perfection. The steak was tender. I highly recommend this place.

Taft Diaz is an upscale dinning experience. They focus on high quality, gourmet meals. They are expensive but I felt the food, experience, and atmosphere, were in alignment with the price you will pay. I would return.

Beautiful and elegant restaurant. Great for a date night. The overall rating is probably more accurate. The seasoning for entrees is a bit heavy on the salt for the scallops and chicken. The octopus chicharron was delicious. The drinks were good. The desert rain was great. Balanced.

About the best fine dining in El Paso hidden in a hotel! Been twice on with travel the last couple years, both times were perfect. Great plating and presentation and atmosphere. Excellent service as well. Great drinks too. It's a must!

Wow! Reviews brought me in. The restaurant in a hotel lobby was a little off-putting but don’t let it stop you. Look past that to the art on the walls, the high quality glassware (and knives!) but best of all- the food. Love how this chef is making magic in downtown El Paso.
